Suge Knight Catches Break, Key Witness Says He Won’t “Snitch”

The Suge Knight hit and run saga seemed to be headed towards a guilty verdict, but key victim/witness¬†Cle “Bone” Sloan testified that he won’t “snitch” and help prosecutors put Suge in prison.

Sloan was called to the stand Monday morning to testify against Knight. He then got emotional and tearfully stated that he,¬†“doesn’t want to be used to send this man to prison.” He added, “I screwed up and Terry’s dead.”

Sloan had been in the hospital for weeks recovering from the hit and run with two fractured ankles, two torn knee ligaments, and a shoulder injury.

In the end, saying he wouldn’t “snitch” seems to make it look like Suge did bad things and was in the wrong. Only time will tell what the jury decides when all witness testimonies are completed and the jury has time to deliberate.
