Following a high speed pursuit involving more than 100 officers that covered 20 miles and reached speeds overĀ 100 mph the chase came to an end in a middle school parking lot. At this time officer Micael Brelo climbed on top of the suspects car and began to open fire. 15 fatal shots later and the two unarmed African-American occupants of the vehicle died.
